MUSICLINE CHOICE provides you with access to fully licensed familiar Original Artist music to create effective on hold programming for your telebusiness.  With a range of dedicated music styles and music programming options MUSICLINE Choice offers you the maximum choice and flexibility for your application.

Music Downloads

When using Original Artist music for commercial purposes, such as music-on-hold, music titles licensed for personal use as ‘downloads’ from popular music websites may not be used.  MUSICLINE is a fully licensed specialist commercial music service that provides music in all the popular formats for use on business telephone systems.

Music Channels

Our experienced music programmers issue new Original Artist music titles every month through the online MUSICLINE Subscriber Centre so that you can audition and select music whenever it suits you.  These are published in 6 MUSIC CHANNELS each with a distinctive music character that allows you to match your programming to your on-hold audience or produce the right telephone image for your brand.

You can order as many music titles as you need to compile your next on-hold programme.  You may prefer to visit frequently and choose the latest music titles or select enough music for several months in one visit.

Custom Choice

Ordering online in the Subscriber Centre is as simple as clicking ‘Add To Tracklist’. Using the CUSTOM CHOICE option you can audition and select music titles from all the programmes in all the Music Channels to create a custom tracklist for your next on-hold programme.  A custom music programme can contain up to 36 music titles from all the music styles.

Programmer’s Choice

Each music programme within the Music Channels contains 12 music titles.  These titles have been pre-selected by our music programmers to offer a balanced programme that represents a focused music style.  If you prefer, rather than selecting individual music titles to create your next on-hold programme simply select PROGRAMMERS CHOICE and all 12 titles will be added to your order.

Channel Choice

To make life even easier there is one more option available with MUSICLINE Choice, CHANNEL CHOICE.  For this option you select the Music Channel that best represents your telephone image and we will automatically send music updates in that style of music.   This means that you don’t have to schedule regular music auditions or even remember to place an order.  Music updates simply arrive on-site ready for use.
